| Penerangan CU | Dyeing recipe preparation is a process in the laboratory before the final composition of the dyeing recipe is applied in production to be mass produced. This competency is to determine the actual recipe of dyeing and quality of the process. The processes should comply with respective quality standard, customer and regulatory/ statutory requirements. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to check dyeing recipe preparation requirement, prepare tools, equipment and material, carry out dyeing recipe preparation, verify dyeing sample quality and carry out dyeing sample trial run and according to laboratory Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and respective quality standard requirements. |
