| Penerangan CU | Fabric printing recipe preparation is a process in the laboratory before the final composition of the printing recipe is applied in production to be mass produced. The activity involves design and motif on the fabric by application of colourant or other reagents usually in a paste or ink, in a predetermined pattern. This competency is to determine the actual recipe of fabric printing and quality of the printing process. The processes should comply with respective quality standard, customer and regulatory/statutory requirements. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to check fabric printing recipe preparation requirement, prepare tools, equipment and material, carry out colour recipe and printing paste preparation, verify fabric printing sample quality and carry out fabric printing sample trial run, according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), customer requirements and/or laboratory quality manual. |
