The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify team monitoring requirements, analyse team's performance, resolve team performance problems, assess implementation result and report 3D lighting and rendering team management activities. The outcome of this CU is to boost the 3D lighting and rendering team’s esprit-de-corps so as to meet quality benchmark and production goals. |
