The person who is competent in product delivery process shall be able to carry out pre-delivery inspection, organise the vehicle to be delivered meet customer expectation, execute the method of delivery, and coordinate the document for billing and delivery. The outcome of this competency is to optimise the transportation network, cost-effectively manage transportation flow and routes and improve customer service. |
