| Penerangan CU | 2D animation production supervision is a process of liaising, coordination and delegating task along with on-going monitoring and appraisal of both resources (man power) and content according to operational plan and requirements including stakeholder’s interest The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out animation production operation planning, assess animators performance, manage 2D animation digital assets, coordinate staff complaint and grievances and prepare animation production supervision report The outcome of this CU is to control the product quality, workflow and resources, steer (maneuver) the direction of workers according to production development plan (including coordination and welfare of staff development), safe-guard stakeholder’s interest, and meet the production requirements |
