| Penerangan CU | Plastic Injection Manufacturing Project Management involves the process of analysing, planning, conducting and monitoring various phases of a plastic injection mould making project. A project is a temporary endeavour with a defined beginning and end (usually time-constrained and often constrained by funding or deliverables), undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives. Plastic injection mould manufacturing project may specify requirements that require special deliverables to be delivered. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ascertain project requirements, prepare project master schedule, organise project support, monitor project progress, control project operation budget, manage project quality and prepare project profit & loss statement. The outcome of this competency is to ensure customers’ project requirements are met in an efficient, reliable, economical and timely manner. |
