| Penerangan CU | Plastic Injection Mould manufacturing process optimization is an approach used to adjust the processes involve in mould manufacturing by mobilizing resources and allocating the resources to improve manufacturing capacity, reduce manufacturing time and optimized manufacturing process without compromising the plastic injection mould quality produced. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to optimize manpower mobilization, machining process and material utilization. The outcome of this competency is to be more market competitive and maximize revenue by maximising output and minimising resources. |
