| Penerangan CU | Laundry operation control is a set of competency to manage, coordinate and arrange all the laundry operation requirements from collection until hand over of cleaned items to customer. The person who is competent in laundry operation control shall be able to coordinate laundry collection and delivery, carry out laundry operational cost control, carry out inventory control, coordinate laundry equipment maintenance, coordinate solvent waste disposal and prepare production report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure laundry operation meet the determined timeline, regulatory compliance and maximising company profit. |
