| Penerangan CU | Building fire protection system operation monitoring is the activities directed to an optimised building fire fighting system by monitoring the application of control systems. Working independently under the guidance and direction of the lead, position is responsible is responsible in monitoring and alerts the system. There are two types of fire protection system which includes fire fighting system and fire alarm system. Fire protection system includes sprinkler, wet riser and hose reel. Fire alarm system includes fire alarm detection and smoke control. The person who is competent in building fire protection system operation control shall be able to interpret operation schedule, check alarm table status, communicate with fire authority, monitor building fire protection system and monitor integrated system operations in compliance with company requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure building fire fighting system operation well managed as it is the most important of the building services, it is aim to protect human life and property from the destruction by fire. Strictly in that order in compliance with company policies. |
