| Penerangan CU | Building horizontal & vertical transportation system operational control is the activities directed to an optimised building horizontal & vertical transportation system by monitoring the application of control systems. Working independently under the guidance and direction of the lead, position is responsible is responsible in monitoring and alerts the system. Horizontal & vertical transportation components includes lift, escalator, travelator and dumb waiter. The person who is competent in building horizontal & vertical transportation system operation control shall be able to interpret operation schedule, check alarm table status, coordinate BAS and horizontal & vertical transportation restoration progress works with specialist in mechanical and electrical department in compliance with company requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure building horizontal & vertical transportation system operation well managed such as Ensuring the smooth flow of people and goods within built-environments, in shorter time from floors to floors, lesser risk of injuries, highly convenient for high rise, safest mode of indoor transportation in compliance with company policies. |
