| Penerangan CU | Building cold & hot water system operation control is the activities directed to an optimised building cold & hot water system by monitoring the application of control systems. Working independently under the guidance and direction of the lead, position is responsible in monitoring and alerts the system. There are two types of cold & hot water system which includes treated and un-treated water supply. Cold and hot water components includes suction tank, water pump, elevated tank/roof tank, filters, hydromatic, heat exchanger, boiler/heater, calorifier and control panel. The person who is competent in building cold and hot water system operation control shall be able to interpret operation schedule, check alarm table status, coordinate troubleshooting progress with specialist in mechanical and electrical department and normalise system operation in compliance with company requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure building cold & hot water system operation well managed to optimised energy utilization, building maintenance, cooling and heating system in compliance with company policies. |
