| Penerangan CU | Air conditioning mechanical ventilation operation control is the activities directed to an optimised ACMV system by monitoring the application of control systems. Working independently under the guidance and direction of the lead, position responsible in monitoring and alerts the system. Air conditioning mechanical ventilation components includes air handling unit, heat recovery wheel, heater, fan coil unit, heat exchanger, cooling tower, condenser water pump, chilled water pump, chiller, ventilation fan, damper, actuator, variable speed drive, variable air volume box, variable refrigerant volume and field devices. The person who is competent in building ACMV system operation control shall be able to interpret operation schedule, check alarm table status, coordinate troubleshooting progress with specialist in mechanical and electrical department and normalise system operation in compliance with company requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure ACMV system operation well managed to optimised energy utilization, and to provide the comfort level to people working inside buildings with "conditioned" air that have a comfortable and safe work environment.
