The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to access water distribution metering work instruction, prepare work area, install consumer and distribution meter, carry out work deactivate and reactivate and perform finishing activitiesThe outcome of this competency is to ensure that water meter is in a good condition and the reading is accurate in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Guidelines, Organizational Practice and job order. |
