| Penerangan CU | Composite Production Planning and Control is a process to produce and control production schedule for the production including planning of production materials (direct/indirect), availability of machines /tools/ equipment, manpower allocation and current stock inventories assessment. The outcome of this competency is planned activities for production to be executed smoothly, meet production target and fulfil the customer requirements as per Standard Operating Procedure and company policy. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend company business plan, customer requirements, Standard Operating Procedure, Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM). The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to analyse production planning requirements, ensure stock and resources availability, carry out production planning, control production planning activities implementation and prepare production planning report in accordance with company policy and Standard Operating Procedure. |
