| Penerangan CU | Managerial functions refer to the roles and responsibilities of managers, who need certain skills to execute these functions. The functions which describe managerial job, when put together, make up the management process. This process is analysed into key functions of management that are planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. A person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage departmental manpower, budgeting and procurement. Besides, the manager also plays a role in establishing good relation with stakeholder. The outcome of this competency is to enable personnel to plan, organise, lead and control their department in line with establishment’s strategic planning. |
