| Penerangan CU | Project implementation is the executing stage which includes coordinating and monitoring the administration of the entire project. While, project finalisation is the closure stage which consists of winding up the project, evaluating if the project objectives have been met and determining how well the project has kept on track. Project Manager responsible to the act of putting into action what was planned. However, given the uncertainty of the project environment the actions taken may require some modifications on what was planned. Better solution would be proposed to overcome any circumstances. For project finalisation, project manager responsible to analyse entire project performance. They should analyse whether what actually happen closely relate to what was projected in the plan or were there large variances between the proposed project schedule & budgets and the actual project schedule & expenditure. The outcome of this competency is ensure the entire project would be handed over within the time frame and satisfied the clients’ needs and requirements. |
