In preparing solar PV system project proposal, a project manager will recommend technical and financial solution that match with clients’ needs and requirement based on current industrial practice and authority requirements. A project proposal contains project time line at which certain aspects of the project are to be completed. In addition, detailed budget that includes a summation of anticipated costs and a time frame for specific expenditure also provided. |
