| Penerangan CU | Sports event relation services (Liaison) is a set of skill in providing the participants with professional services and serve as mediator between participants and event organiser / service providers during tournament in accordance with scope of work of liaison personnel. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify participants relation services scope of work, coordinate participants relation services and assess participants relation services performance. The outcome of this competency is the ability to perform sports event relation services (Liaison) activities in hospitable manner as to ensure participant’s high level of satisfaction in accordance with company’s set goal of customer service. |
