The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess event program details requirements, coordinate staffing arrangement, coordinate event execution and monitor event condition / situation. The outcome of this competency is the ability to coordinate and execute detailed plan for established objectives and strategies, monitor and evaluate event performance in accordance with client’s specifications. |
