| Penerangan CU | Public Image Consultation entails advising and guiding the client’s media development such as media interaction and press release writing in addition to other communication techniques media communication techniques to achieve the required media impact needed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) through the effective use of writing, visuals, speech, signals or non-verbal communication, body language/behaviour, voice intonation and enunciation. The person who is competent in public image consultation shall be able to analyse client’s profile, prepare client’s media resources, coach client’s in media interaction and manage client’s records. The outcome of this competency is to be an essential contributing factor towards a person’s professional image, compliant to the standards of Image Consultants’ practice. |
