Penerangan CUWater Distribution Customer Services Operation is required to deliver of customer service in the workplace. It involves identifying customer requirements, ensuring products meet customer requirements, dealing with customer requests and identifying areas for improvement. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare company service level agreement, implement customer service operation activities, monitor customer service implementation, evaluate customer services work activities and prepare customer service satisfaction index report.The outcome of this CU is to ensure level of service meet and achieved customer requirement and satisfaction.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU should be able to deliver of customer service in the workplace. It involves identifying customer requirements, ensuring products meet customer requirements, dealing with customer requests and identifying areas for improvement. The outcome of this competency is to ensure level of service meet and achieved customer requirement and satisfaction. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainer will be able to:-
