| Penerangan CU | Sewage Treatment Plant Safety, Health and Security Maintenance describe the competency to maintain the safety and security in the facility. He/She is involved in the application of safety and health procedures, routine checking and maintenance works of perimeter security assets. Breakdowns/ breaches of safety, health and security are recorded and reported to the higher authority for further action. Routine and minor maintenance work is done to maintain the aesthetic value of the facility which contributes to the safety of the plant. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able carry out required safety and health practices for sewage treatment plant (STP) personnel, maintain security conditions of sewage treatment plant (STP), maintain workplace safety and health conditions at sewage treatment plant (STP) and carry out emergency response. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the sewage treatment plant (STP) facility is free from trespassers and misuse, with conditions which are safe for operation both for the staff and surrounding community in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) and Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) guidelines. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU should be able to maintain the safety and security in the facility through application of safety and health procedures as well as routine checking and maintenance works to ensure security surrounding the perimeter of the assets. Breakdowns/breaches of safety, health and security are recorded and reported to the higher authority for further action. Routine and minor maintenance work is done to maintain the aesthetic value of the facility which contributes to the safety of the plant. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the STP facility is free from trespassers and misuse and within safe operational condition for both the staff and surrounding community in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) and Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) guidelines.
