| Penerangan CU | Perform BEV Workshop Supervisory Function is to administer and supervise the whole work activities in a workplace. Importance of this competency unit is that the person can conduct subordinates briefing session, monitor subordinate’s performance, coordinate staff training and organize safety & health and environment compliance. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct BEV daily briefing, monitor subordinate’s performance, coordinate BEV subordinate’s training and monitor BEV workshop safety, health & environment. The outcome of this CU is the establishment of a compliance, conducive work environment, disciplined and knowledgeable workers with regards to quality and productivity in accordance with company objectives and targets. |
