| Penerangan CU | Perform BEV Thermal Cooling System Rectification is the activities to prepare working place, the method how to, examine, rectified thermal cooling system, service liquid and air conditioning cooling system according to manufacturer’s service manual. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out thermal cooling system rectification workplace preparation, carry out BEV liquid cooling system servicing and carry out BEV heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system servicing. The outcome of this CU is the functionality of vehicle thermal cooling system can be restored and prevention of electric traction motor and batteries from over-heating in accordance with manufacturer’s service manual. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to perform diagnostic and servicing of cooling system as planned, ensure the vehicle in good & safe operating condition and avoid electrical and health hazards to the trainee in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the layout diagram. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Carry out thermal cooling system rectification workplace preparation. 2. Carry out BEV liquid cooling system servicing. 3. Carry out BEV Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system servicing. |
