| Penerangan CU | Perform Battery Management System (BMS) Rectification is the activities on how to rectify battery management system fault, which is diagnosis, interpret, inspect, and replace the battery pack in accordance with manufacturer’s service manual. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out Battery Management System (BMS) rectification workplace preparation, carry out BEV high voltage cable replacement, carry out BEV On-Board Charger (OBC) replacement, carry out BEV pre-charge control system servicing, carry out BEV traction battery pack replacement and carry out BEV DC-DC converter replacement. The outcome of this CU is able to define the BEV battery component and demonstrate suitable approached for BMS replacement in accordance with manufacturer’s service manual. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to perform servicing and replacement of battery components in an orderly manner, quality of the work produce, complies with the required standards in the industry and BEV operate at optimum performance in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the manufacturer manual. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Carry out Battery Management System (BMS) rectification workplace preparation. 2. Carry out BEV high voltage cable replacement. 3. Carry out BEV On-Board Charger (OBC) replacement. 4. Carry out BEV pre-charge control system servicing. 5.
