The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct laboratory audit/assessment, organise technical training, maintain laboratory inventory, evaluate operating and capital expenses, evaluate customer complaints and perform water quality improvement project. The outcome of this CU is effective and efficient administration of lab operation according to business plan and SOP. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to administer water quality laboratory operations according to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP). Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Conduct laboratory audit/ assessment. 2. Organise technical training. 3. Maintain laboratory inventory. 4. Evaluate operating and capital expenses. 5. Evaluate customer complaints. 6. Perform water quality improvement project. |
