| Penerangan CU | Perform domestic cruise services sales activities describes the ability of personnel in performing several sales tasks in domestic cruise industry including identifying customer needs through effective questioning. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out domestic cruise services reservation, carry out domestic cruise services product confirmation, carry out domestic cruise services reservation amendment, and carry out domestic cruise services payment. The outcome of this CU is able to propose domestic cruise service packages to existing or new customer, which results in securing sales by overcoming any objections if any in line with company policy. Therefore, sales and marketing personnel need to have social skills such as interpersonal skill, business negotiation skill and communication skill to create customers’ interest and trust towards the proposed packages. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to propose domestic cruise services packages to existing or new customer, which results in securing sales by overcoming any objections if any in line with company policy.
