| Penerangan CU | Composite Production Budget and Cost Management is an activity to prepare budget and manage production cost in the composite production according to Standard Operating Procedure and company policy. The outcome of this competency is production budget and cost estimated as per planning and target set by the company so that operation are running smoothly, safely and meet the production target . The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend Bill of Materials (B.O.M), machine operation rate, raw materials and consumable consumption (usage, scrap, wastage, etc) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Company Approval Procedure (CAP) and company policy. The person shall be able to analyse composite production budget and cost requirements, prepare budget estimation, monitor production cost implementation, prepare composite production budget and cost report. |
