| Penerangan CU | Composite Product Research And Development (R&D) is a process of developing a new/improved product or process. The composite production personnel will participate in the new product design and development activities carried out by the company. The outcome of this competency is new/improved product/process for composite manufacturing industry based on market demand/ customer requirements or new technology. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend Research and Development methodology, Standard Operating Procedure, Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM), Technical Notification (TN)/design change notification, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Acts and theory of composite laminates. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to analyse product research and development requirements, market/customer demands, organise R&D preparation work, write R&D proposal, execute R&D activities, organise prototyping development and produce R&D reports in accordance with company policy and Standard Operating Procedure. |
