| Penerangan CU | Composite Operation Supervision competency unit is an activity to supervise daily manufacturing operation. The outcome of this competency is the efficient manufacturing operation and optimum company productivity and target achieved as per regulatory/statutory body requirements, manufacturing industry guidelines and Standard Operation Procedure. The person who is competent in Composite Operation Supervision should be able to comprehend the company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and company policy and labour laws. The person shall be able to organise production schedule activities, conduct briefing session, monitor production personnel/operator performance, monitor composite production Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Act compliance, supervise composite production operation and conduct in-house training. |
