| Penerangan CU | Perform safety, health and environment planning describes the competency that involve planning methodology for hazards identification. Hazards identification is developed to evaluate and determine the appropriate control actions for most projects and even the smallest work processes in any organisation's workplace. The implementation is to identify all possible factors that may risk workers toward an accident, considering the possible hazards that may occur under any circumstances and conditions. This will enable workers to plan, introduce and monitor preventive measures against occupational injury risks and eventually lead to a safer and healthy workplace. The person competent in this unit should be able to conduct hazard identification process, conduct risk assessment action plan and conduct risk control action plan. The outcome of this unit is the effectiveness of HIRARC implementation in reducing accidents at work. Therefore, the analysis must be performed in each execution, and the results were seen during a performance to evaluate the program's effectiveness and quality. |
