| Penerangan CU | Perform safety, health and environment management describes competency of a personnel as mediator to ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, environment and quality at all times within the organisation. The role of a mediator will include but is not limited to providing advice, information, recommendations, and instructions related to the organisation's occupational safety, health, environment and quality. The process happens repeatedly as and when there are any updates, revisions or changes to the safety, health, environment and quality. The person competent in this unit should be able to establish safety, health and environment related policy and procedures, conduct leader and worker relationships, establish safety, health and environment program requirements, coordinate safety, health and environment program communication, coordinate safety, health and environment meetings/presentations and coordinate premises and work-related welfare facilities. The outcome of this unit is successful compliance with safety, health and environment programs that cover aspects of employee safety, health, environment and quality adhered to. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this unit are to enable the trainees to demonstrate a good communication skills while conveying important information and maintaining an excellent relationship with trainer and trainees in matters related to safety, health and environment. Upon completion of this unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Establish safety, health and environment related policy and procedures. 2. Conduct leader and worker relationships. 3. Establish safety, health and environment program requirements. 4. Coordinate safety, health and environment program communication. 5. Coordinate safety, health and environment meetings/ presentations. 6. Coordinate premises and work-related welfare facilities. |
