| Penerangan CU | Composite Sandwich Core Fabrication is the process toproduce core prior to its incorporation into the component lay-up in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheet, Raw Material Specification (RMS)and company requirements, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) and Technical Notification (TN). The outcome of this competency is a fabricated composite sandwich core as per core specifications and company /customer requirements. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend composite core process requirements, Standard Operating Procedure, Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM), Technical Notification (TN) and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Acts. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to check composite sandwich core fabrication requirements, prepare sandwich core fabrication work requirements, perform sandwichcore fabrication process and maintain sandwich core fabrication work area in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheet and company requirements, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) and Technical Notification (TN). |
