| Penerangan CU | Composite Product Forming Process (Closed mould) is the process of producing composite products by adding resin to fibres in closed moulds and cured in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheet and company requirements, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) and Technical Notification (TN). The outcome of this competency is the production/formation of composite product/parts using closed mould process as per job order and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend closed mould process requirements, Standard Operating Procedure, Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM), Technical Notification (TN) and Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Acts. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to check product forming process (closed mould) requirements, prepare product forming process (closed mould) works requirements, perform compression moulding process and perform Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) process, carry out product inspection, carry out product curing process, maintain work area after operation and record closed mould process output in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheet and company requirements, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) and Technical Notification (TN). |
