| Penerangan CU | Perform obstetrics & gynaecology sonography consultancy describes the competencies to carry out high risk O&G sonography as well as to conduct risk assessment, provide differential diagnosis that correlate with clinical findings in O&G cases and assist in ultrasound guided intervention procedure. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct first trimester pregnancy screening, conduct foetal morphology assessment, conduct foetal surveillance and placenta morphology, conduct multiple gestation ultrasound surveillance, conduct advance gynaecology ultrasonography and assist O&G invasive procedure. The outcome of this CU is the production of high-quality sonographic images with accurate clinical correlation for high risk cases in O&G sonography in compliance with regulatory safety and ethical requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to carry out sonography, provide differential diagnosis that correlate with clinical findings in high risk O&G cases and provide assistance for ultrasound guided intervention procedure. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Conduct first trimester pregnancy screening. 2. Conduct foetal detailed morphology assessment. 3. Conduct foetal growth surveillance and foetal environment assessment. 4. Conduct multiple gestation ultrasound surveillance. 5. Conduct advanced gynaecology ultrasonography. 6. Assist Obstetrics & Gynaecology invasive procedure. |
