Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in Pastry & Bakery Quality Assurance Management. He or she is the person at the work area to monitor Pastry & Bakery Quality Assurance. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Identify standard product quality assurance needs and specification, enforce standard product quality assurance activities, evaluate and compile standard product quality. The outcome of this competency is to ensure Pastry & Bakery Quality Management Assurance in accordance with company policy.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to provide excellent quality assurance management to ensure quality assurance management, administered andimplemented in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP)as per establishement requirement.
