The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify, plan, administer and evaluate hygiene, safety and health activities performance. The outcome of this competency is to ensure Pastry & Bakery Hygiene, Safety And Health are administered, implemented, in accordance with standard operating procedure (SOP).
