| Penerangan CU | Supervision in motorcycle painting operation covers supervisory tasks performed by the line leader of the motorcycle assembly line. It involves conducting basic management skills which include planning, decision making, problem solving, organising team members, assigning and delegation of work tasks for the group. Besides that the supervision task also include coaching subordinate, monitor subordinate job performance and ensuring conformance to personnel policies and other internal regulations. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to organise motorcycle assembly operation manpower, supervise motorcycle assembly subordinate and control workplace safety, health and environment practices in according with company SOP The outcome of this competency is to ensure subordinates’ work productivity and quality meet company operation target and workplace safety, health and environment practice complied with the company safety, health and environment requirement |
