| Penerangan CU | Motorcycle Wheel Assembly is a process in putting together wheel components that include bearing, rim, tyre and fork according to installation manual and specification drawing. This process is done using machine and equipment within the assembly line of the motorcycle factory. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare motorcycle wheel assembly tools, equipment, components and materials, assemble motorcycle wheel and check motorcycle wheel assembly quality in accordance with motorcycle wheel installation manual. The outcome of this competency is to produce a completed motorcycle wheel according to production specification which is ready for further assembly process. |
