| Penerangan CU | Motorcycle brake system assembly is a process in putting together all components related to brake system that include Master pump, Hose brake, Master calliper, Brake disc, Brake panel, Drum, Spring, Cable, Brake rod and Brake lever. This process is done manually using equipment and tools within the assembly line of motorcycle factory. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare motorcycle brake assembly tools, equipment and materials, assemble motorcycle brake system component and check motorcycle brake assembly quality in accordance with manufacturer installation manual. The outcome of this competency is to produce a completed motorcycle brake system in accordance with installation manual. |
