The person who is competent in workshop administration and supervision shall be able to carry out customer service related activities, supervise subordinate, monitor workplace safety, health and environment practices and carry out workshop administrative works The outcome of this competency is to administer and supervise team members and subordinates through job monitoring and delegation, staff development programmes, proper problem solving approach and workplace safety, health and environment practice that contribute to workshop productivity enhancement. |
