| Penerangan CU | Commercial vehicle air conditioning mechanical components comprises of compressor magnetic clutch, compressor unit, cooling unit, condensing unit and refrigerant cycle system. These components need to be serviced and faulty components need to be repaired or overhaul from time to time. Commercial Vehicle Air Conditioning Mechanical Components Repair is a problem solving activities of faulty mechanical parts of the air conditioning. These problem solving activities encompass troubleshooting and execution of repair, replacement or overhaul works of the mechanical components. The ultimate goal is to ensure the air conditioning is in good and efficient operation condition. The person who is competent in Commercial Vehicle Air Conditioning Mechanical Components Repair shall be able to perform commercial vehicle air conditioning troubleshooting, repair compressor magnetic clutch, overhaul air conditioning compressor unit, repair cooling unit, repair condenser unit, repair air conditioning refrigerant cycle system and carry out conditioning mechanical performance test according to service manual and comply with company workshop practice. The outcome of this competency is to provide effective, timely, and satisfactory repair, replacements and overhaul works of the air conditioning mechanical components to ensure the air conditioning system is in the good state of performance in providing cold and comfort environment to meet passengers’’ requirement |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency is to provide effective, timely, and satisfactory repair, replacements and overhaul works of the air conditioning mechanical components to ensure the air conditioning system is in the good state of performance in providing cold and comfort environment to meet passengers’’ requirement.
