| Penerangan CU | Supervision in motorcycle painting operation covers supervisory tasks performed by the line leader of the motorcycle assembly line. It involves conducting basic management skills which include planning, decision making, problem solving, organising team members, assigning and delegation of work tasks for the group. Besides that the supervision task also include coaching new team member, monitor team members’ performance and ensuring conformance to personnel policies and other internal regulations. The person who is competent in Motorcycle Painting Operation Supervision shall be able to organise motorcycle painting operation manpower; supervise subordinate and control workplace safety, health and environment practices in accordance with company SOP and regulatory body requirement. The outcome of this competency is to ensure team members work progress; productivity and quality are met according to company Key Performance Index (KPI). |
