| Penerangan CU | Motorcycle Plastic Part Painting is a process to paint plastic parts of motorcycle in a motorcycle factory. This task is carried out manually by motorcycle painting operation personnel. The painting process involves three layers painting which are primer coat paint, under coat and top coat paint. Second tone painting is also performed to some plastic parts. During quality inspection, the defected painting parts are segregated and sent for painting rework. The person who is competent in Motorcycle Plastic Part Painting shall be able to prepare motorcycle plastic painting tools, equipment, materials and plastic parts; prepare paint mixing; perform motorcycle plastic parts painting; check plastic painting quality; carry out motorcycle plastic parts painting rework and carry out sticker affixing on plastic parts in accordance with motorcycle painting SOP. In addition, the person should also comply with occupation safety and health standard in accordance with regulatory body requirement The outcome of this competency is to produce painted motorcycle plastic parts in various colours with finishing accessory stickers in accordance with specification which is ready for motorcycle assembly. |
