| Penerangan CU | Motorcycle Metal Parts Painting is a process to paint metal parts of motorcycle. This task is carried out by production line automation spray machine as manual painting performed by the painting operation personnel. The person who is competent in Motorcycle Metal Parts Painting shall be able to prepare motorcycle metal parts painting tools, equipment, materials and motorcycle metal parts; prepare paint mixing; perform motorcycle metal parts painting; check metal painting quality and carry out motorcycle metal parts painting rework in accordance with motorcycle painting SOP. In addition, the person should also comply with occupation safety and health standard in accordance with regulatory body requirement. The outcome of this competency is to produce painted motorcycle metal parts in various colours that are ready for motorcycle assembly. |
