| Penerangan CU | Piping Materials Vendor Management Competency unit is to ensure availability and compatibility of materials specified in the design and drawing as well as to improve the productivity of materials controllers and reducing the risk of material shortages that are commonly caused by a changing design and late deliveries. Piping Design Manager is responsible to analyse piping material requirements , carry out data incorporation and prepare materials take off report with the use of design system and the data from vendor and respective related disciplines requirements so as to ensure accuracy and precision of materials take- off as well as taking into consideration the weight control of the end product for transporting to site.in accordance with International Code and Standard, Project Execution Plan (PEP), Management Information System (MIS) and Company Operating Procedure (COP). The outcome of this competency unit he /she is able to manage the piping material vendors with the final accomplishment of preparation material take off and weight control report. |
