| Penerangan CU | Piping Drawing Quality Assurance (QA) competency unit is to improve development of piping drawing design so that defects do not arise when the product is being developed This applies to piping drawings in a Process Plant Project as to verify that all the specifications, drawings and other deliverables reflect the correct combination of the diverse issues impacting the end product which include safety, functionality, operability, maintainability, constructability, mechanical integrity, mathematical Accuracy and other related aspects. Piping Design Manager is responsible to analyse technical standard requirements, implement Quality Assurance design compliance as to ensure piping design and the deliverables specification as well as incorporation of associated disciplines complies to client / design specifications and International Code and Standards requirements and Company Operating Procedure (COP) The outcome of the competency unit is to assure the quality of the drawing meets the requirement of the specification by the client and respective technical and international code and standard. |
