| Penerangan CU | Activated Clotting Time Monitoring describes the competencies required to carry out blood clotting time tests and monitoring using activated clotting time (ACT) machine. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare ACT machine, perform blood clotting test, and monitor blood clotting time. The outcome of this CU is competent use of the ACT machine to perform blood clotting test and maintain blood clotting time at more than 400 seconds in compliance with institutional protocol and safety requirements. |
