| Penerangan CU | Oil Palm Mechanisation Technical Skill Development describes the activity to administer the personnel’s technical skill development in order to fulfil the required knowledge, skill, ability/attitude and competency of workforce for mechanised operation. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to analyse mechanisation skill development requirement, plan mechanisation training program, organize mechanisation skill development program, monitor staff mechanisation skill development progress and prepare mechanisation skill development report. The outcomes of this CU are the competent (skilled, knowledgeable and right attitudes) workforce developed through technical skill program as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and operation requirements. |
