| Penerangan CU | Mechanised Oil Palm Planting Supervision describes the competency of supervising work force to carry out oil palm planting using mechanisation method. It also includes the competency required in providing land for new planting or replanting which can contribute to successful establishment of oil palm cultivation. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to monitor land development for new planting/replanting, identify oil palm planting machine and equipment and monitor oil palm planting activity. The outcomes of this CU is the land for oil palm plantation prepared productively in accordance with organizational productivity targets. |

Monitor oil palm planting activity. |
